Scrapple
Ingredients
2 cups Woodbridge ground beef
2 cups Woodbridge ground pork
3 cups Meat broth
1 cup Corn-Meal
2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoons. Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Sage
Directions
Combine meats and broth in pot.
Heat to boiling.
Add seasoning, except cayenne.
Sift in corn-meal slowly, stirring constantly.
Cook 30 minutes.
Add few grains of cayenne.
Pour into a mold. I used a glass bread loaf.
Chill until firm.
Cut into thin slices.
Fry until well browned. We liked it crispy.
